Our Louisiana State Champions winning Silver medals are:

All team members are qualified to compete in the Regional Acrobatic Gymnastics Championships in Kenner, La., from June 23-24.
Jurek and Melanie Pol have been involved in Acrobatic Gymnastics as coaches, judges, speakers, clinicians and mentors, to hundreds of athletes, for the past 36 years.
In 2001, Jurek was inducted into the Acrobatic Gymnastics Hall of Fame in Jacksonville, Fla. He has coached and led to victory numerous athletes winning, gold, silver and Bronze medals on the National and International Championships level.
In 2006, Jurek and Melanie were determined to bring the sport to the North Shore in Slidell. It typically takes eight years to build the high level competitor, which entails consistent workouts, strength and flexibility training, tumbling skills and Acrobatic performance.
Many of the Pol’s former students have worked in the Cirque du Soleil shows on tour.
Now through the end of June, GPAT is offering two free workouts with the team for future interested members. For more information, call the Pols at 985.788.6066 or through e-mail at jurekpol@gymplus.net.
