Olivier makes Class 2A all-state baseball team

SLIDELL — The Louisiana Sports Writers Association recently announced the all-state baseball and softball team.
Pope John Paul Connor Olivier made the Class 2A all-state team as a utility player, but he mostly helped out the Jaguars this year at pitcher. Oliver went 4-1 in district with a 2.42 ERA. He struck out 48 hitters over 34.2 innings and threw a no-hitter against Northlake Christian School.
